Refund Policy

At Essentially Bossy, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please keep in mind, we are a small Print-on-Demand business which means all items are made custom to order. We will not accept any returns for refund or exchanges due to the incorrect size ordered or a change of mind. Please view size charts before placing your order.

If you do experience an issue with your order such as poor quality of print or a defect, we will gladly issue a replacement within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To initiate a return for your unused damaged item, please email us at admin@EssentiallyBossy.com providing your order details, reason for return, and pictures. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process.
